Pink is Having a Moment

Pinks are definitely having their moment in fashion (in part thanks to Barbie!) and that popularity has crossed over into bridesmaid dresses. Pink is a romantic color that’s always going to have some variation of popularity with weddings and 2024 is no exception.

Matching Dresses Are Coming Back

For the past few years, we’ve seen a big trend of mix and match bridesmaids (each maid wearing her own unique dress). In a total 180 from recent years, we’re now seeing a trend going back to having everyone in the wedding party wear the same dress.

Monochrome Mismatched Dresses Are In

I’m seeing a handful of brides opt for some variation in bridesmaid dresses, but those variations are less bold than recent years. Instead of completely different colors or patterns, this year they are choosing different styles, but picking a solid color that everyone matches in.

Bridesmaid accessories are becoming more of a statement and fashion moment. We are styling more and more matching accessories for bridesmaids, particularly if they have different style dresses. It’s a fun and memorable gift for them.

Memorable Photos Are Timeless

For those memorable getting ready photos, wedding parties are having more fun. Lately we’re styling some great alternatives to the matching robe look. We’ve been doing more nap dresses, embellished PJ’s, and rompers. Everyone has a robe already; these looks are much more appreciated after the wedding day.
